A&G were selected by the Environmental Agency for a Waste Producer Duty of Care audit, under section S34 Environmental Protection Act. This took place in November 2017 and included all aspects of storage, transfer and disposal of hazardous and non hazardous waste. Although the EA do not issue a formal audit report, on conclusion there were no follow up actions required by A&G.
