A&G have successfully undergone the transition from Revision C to D. Given A&G implemented process control and a no faults forward policy throughout the business in 2015 & 2016 many of new requirements were already met prior to initiating the change. Ensuring all inputs into a process are risk assessed, and subsequently either eliminated or controlled, has ensured processes throughout the business consistently supply conforming outputs to their internal customer. This has enabled A&G to achieve a 99.998% Right First Time Quality Score with our customers
