Presented by ADS at this year’s Farnborough air show, A&G the first UK manufacturer to receive the coveted SC21 Gold Award.
Since 2010 A&G have worked closely with the North-West Aerospace Alliance on the “Achieving Supply Chain Excellence Programme” and using the EFQM “five steps learner to world class model” which included external benchmarking and the feedback reports.
A&G are now using the National SC 21 ADS Programme “Operational Efficiency O/E Diagnostic” and Continuous Sustainable Improvement Plans to further develop their Manufacturing, Business and Relationship Excellence processes.
