A&G Technical teams and Mazak staff commissioned two Mazak Variaxis i-700 twin pallet machines. These machines represent the latest generation MAZAK 5-axis machining centre designed for multi-surface machining delivering reduced in-process time, high accuracy and unrivalled machine ergonomics.

The workshop extension will allow us to significantly increase our machining capacity, whilst also doubling the size of the inspection facility and centralising the programming and technical functions into one office.

Our new 6,000 square feet extension to the workshop is nearly complete, work started in mid January and is planned to be finished by mid September. The extension is for new CNC machines to enhance the capacity offered to our customers.
